Smart Steps Tuition (“we”, “us”), run by Vrushali Kandlapalli from 201, Jai Sai Darshan, Navyug Nagar, Deewan Maan, Vasai Road (West) 401202, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through smartstepstutions.com, why, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

• Enquiry form: parent or guardian name, mobile number, optional email, your child’s first name, class, board, subjects, preferred batch time and any message you choose to write.
• Your consent: a record that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time.
• Basic technical data: to stop spam and keep the site secure we process your IP address in a protected (hashed) form and use a bot check.

Children’s data

The enquiry form is meant to be filled in by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child’s behalf. The Fun Zone games collect no personal data from children: there is no sign-up, no chat and no ads. Stars and badges are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, a demo class and admissions.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only Vrushali Kandlapalli and authorised staff of Smart Steps Tuition. Your enquiry is sent to us by email and stored on our own secure server in a database that is not publicly accessible. We use service providers only where needed to run the site (for example, email delivery and spam protection).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then archived or deleted, unless your child joins our classes and we need the details to teach them.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
